These General Conditions of Use, Conditions of Sale and Privacy Policy regulate the use of the website www.rirandco.com (hereinafter "the Website"), of which INÉS RODRÍGUEZ RODRÍGUEZ (hereinafter RIR&Co) with CIF 34.994.469-S and address Avda. Emilia Pardo Bazán Nº 47, local H, 32600 Allariz - Ourense - Spain is the owner.
Through its website www.rirandco.com, RIR&Co provides information about its products and offers the possibility to purchase them. Due to the content and purpose of the Web Site, people who want to benefit from its services must have the condition of "Customer", which is acquired by completing the registration form and following the steps that RIR&Co subsequently communicates via email. The condition of Client supposes the adhesion to the Terms of Use in the version published at the moment of accessing the Web Site.
In any case, there are pages of the Web Site accessible to natural or legal persons who do not register or initiate a product purchase (hereinafter, "Users"). In this sense, Users who access these parts of the Web Site agree to be subject to the terms and conditions contained in these General Conditions, to the extent that it may be applicable to them.
RIR&Co wishes to inform its Customers and Users that it is exclusively addressed to a public over 16 years of age, accepting and distributing orders in Spain and abroad (hereinafter, the "Territory").

PRODUCT INFORMATION
The descriptions of the products displayed on the Website are based on the information provided by RIR&Co. However, the information given about each product, as well as the photographs or videos related to them and the trade names, trademarks or distinctive signs of any kind contained on the website of RIR&Co, are displayed on www.rirandco.com as a guideline.
PRICES
All prices of the products indicated on the website include VAT and any other taxes that may apply. However, these prices do not include the expenses corresponding to the shipment of the products, which are detailed separately and must be accepted by the Customer.
AVAILABILITY
RIR&Co informs the Customer that the number of available units is kept up to date with the stock in warehouse. In no case will RIR&Co intentionally offer for sale more units than it has available.
RIR&Co will do its best to satisfy all its Customers in the demand of the products. However, sometimes, and due to causes difficult to control by RIR&Co such as human errors or incidents in the computer systems, it is possible that the quantity finally served differs from the order placed to satisfy the orders of the Customers.
In the event that the product is not available after the order has been placed, the Customer will be informed by email of the total or partial cancellation of the order. Partial cancellation of the order due to unavailability does not entitle the Customer to cancel the entire order. If as a result of this cancellation the customer wants to return the delivered product, he/she must follow the stipulations in the Return section.
PAYMENT
The Customer agrees to pay at the time the order is placed. To the initial price that appears on the Web site for each of the products offered will be added the rates corresponding to the relevant shipping costs. In any case, these rates will be previously communicated to the Customer before formalizing the purchase itself.
The receipt or proof of purchase corresponding to the purchase order will be available and can be viewed at www.rirandco.com in the "My Account" section, "Orders".
The Customer must pay the amount corresponding to his order by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron and/or other similar cards), transfer or deposit in an account at a Sabadell branch.
The Customer must notify RIR&Co of any undue or fraudulent charge on the card used for the purchases, by email or telephone, in the shortest possible time so that RIR&Co can take the appropriate steps.
SECURITY
RIR&Co has security measures available in the industry. The payment process works on a secure server using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. The secure server establishes a connection so that the information is transmitted encrypted using 128-bit algorithms, which ensure that it is only intelligible to the Customer's computer and the Web Site's computer. In this way, the use of the SSL protocol guarantees:
- That the Client communicates, at the time of making the payment, with the gateway of Banco Sabadell and not to any other that would try to impersonate it.
- That between the Client and Banco Sabadell's data center the data is transmitted encrypted, avoiding its possible reading or manipulation by third parties.
ORDER PROCESSING
Once the order is formalized, that is to say, with the acceptance of the Terms of Use and the confirmation of the purchase process, RIR&Co will always send an email to the CUSTOMER confirming the details of the purchase made.
ORDER CANCELLATION
RIR&Co will accept order cancellations when requested prior to shipment. To make the cancellation you must request it through the Contact Us form or by sending an e-mail to info@rirandco.com.
DEADLINES, PLACE OF DELIVERY AND LOSSES
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SHIPMENT
The shipment will be made by courier company.
- Provincial rate (up to 25 kg) ----- 3 €.
- Regional Galicia (up to 3 kg) ----- 4 €
- Peninsula and Portugal (up to 3 kg) --- 6 €.
- Balearic Islands and Canary Islands (up to 3 kg) --- 15 €.
Per additional kilo 0.50 cts. Free shipping in Spain and Peninsula from 60 euros. The rest from 150 euros.
The usual delivery time is 10 working days after we have confirmed your order.
Once the order leaves the warehouse, the customer will be informed by e-mail.
In order to optimize delivery, we kindly ask the Customer to indicate an address to which the order can be delivered during normal business hours.
The Customer must check the good condition of the package with the carrier indicating on the delivery note any anomaly that could be detected in the packaging. Within 24 hours of receipt must check that the purchased item has no damage or breakage, outside this period will not be addressed to such damage.
I. Delivery of the product
RIR&Co undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the Customer in the order form, which in any case must be within the Territory. In order to optimize delivery, we kindly ask the Customer to indicate an address where the order can be delivered during normal working hours.
RIR&Co shall not be liable for delivery errors caused when the delivery address entered by the Customer in the order form does not correspond to reality or has been omitted.
RIR&Co informs the Customer that it is possible that the same order may be divided into several deliveries.
II. Delivery Time
Shipments will be made through a courier company. The order placed by you will be delivered within 10 working days after we have made the order confirmation.
These deadlines are averages, and therefore an estimate. It is therefore possible that they may vary for logistical reasons or force majeure. In case of delivery delays, RIR&Co will inform its customers as soon as it becomes aware of them.
Each delivery is considered completed from the moment in which RIR&Co de transportes makes the product available to the Customer, which is materialized through the control system used by the transport company.
In the case of delays in the delivery of orders attributable to RIR&Co, the Customer may cancel his order in accordance with the procedure described in the "Return" section. Delays in delivery will not be considered in cases where the order has been made available to the Customer by the carrier within the agreed time and could not be delivered for reasons attributable to the Customer.

Once the order leaves our warehouse, you will be sent an e-mail notifying you that your order has been accepted and is being shipped.
For security reasons, RIR&Co will not ship any order to PO Boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and his address.
III. Delivery Data, Missed Deliveries and Lost Data
If at the time of delivery the Customer is absent, the carrier will leave a receipt indicating how to proceed to arrange a new delivery. RIR&Co contracts, as part of the courier delivery service, the performance of a series of follow-up actions, aimed at ensuring that the delivery takes place.
If after 7 working days after the delivery of the order has not been arranged, the Customer must contact RIR&Co. If the Customer does not do so, the order will be returned to our warehouses after 10 working days from the delivery of the order and the Customer will be responsible for the shipping costs and the return of the goods, as well as the possible associated management costs.
If the reason for non-delivery is the loss of the package, our carrier will initiate an investigation. In these cases, the response time of our carriers usually ranges from one to three weeks.
IV. Diligence in delivery
The Customer must check the good condition of the package before the carrier that, on behalf of RIR&Co, delivers the requested product, indicating on the delivery note any anomaly that could be detected in the packaging. If, later, after checking the product, the Customer detects any incident such as a blow, breakage, signs of having been opened or any damage caused by the shipment, the Customer agrees to notify RIR&Co via email as soon as possible, within 24 hours after delivery. From that moment on, no such incidents will be dealt with.
RETURN
All products purchased on the site www.rirandco.com may be returned and refunded, provided that the Customer communicates its intention to return the product(s) purchased within a maximum period of up to 14 working days from the date of delivery and that it is in the same condition in which it was delivered.
I. Refund Procedure
RIR&Co will only accept returns that meet the following requirements:
- The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labeling.
- The shipment must be made using the same box in which it was received to protect the product. In the event that the box in which it was delivered cannot be used, the Customer must return it in a protective box so that the product arrives at RIR&Co's warehouse with the maximum possible guarantees.
- A copy of the delivery note must be included inside the package, marking the returned products and the reason for the return.
In order to facilitate the return process to the Customers and to be able to make a correct follow-up of the return, RIR&Co establishes as the only return procedure the one established by RIR&Co. If the reason for the return is attributable to RIR&Co (the product is defective, it is not the one you had ordered, etc.), the amount of the return will be refunded. If the reason is other (the products were served correctly but are not to your liking), the cost of the return expenses will be charged to the customer.
To proceed with a return, the following steps must be followed:
- Inform within 14 calendar days of receipt that the product is to be returned. The information can be sent by mail to info@rirandco.com or through the customer service form.
- RIR&Co will inform the customer of the address to which the product should be sent.
- The customer must send it by a courier company of his choice. The return must be paid by the customer.
- Inform RIR&Co of courier used, date and time of return.
II. Reimbursement to the CUSTOMER
The return of products will result in a refund equal to the cost of the returned products minus the cost of the return service.
Only in the event that the delivered product is defective or incorrect, RIR&Co will also reimburse the Customer for the corresponding shipping costs.
Refunds and partial cancellations will result in partial refunds.
RIR&Co will manage the return order under the same system that was used for the payment within 3 days from the confirmation of arrival of the returned order at the warehouse. The application of the refund on the Customer's account or card will depend on the card and the issuing entity. The application period will be up to 7 days for debit cards and up to 30 days for credit cards.
INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
RIR&Co holds all rights to the content, design and source code of this website and, in particular, including but not limited to, the photographs, images, text, logos, designs, trademarks, trade names and data included on the Web.
Customers and Users are advised that such rights are protected by current Spanish and international legislation on intellectual and industrial property.
Likewise, and without prejudice to the foregoing, the content of this website is also considered a computer program, and therefore, it is also applicable to all Spanish and European Community regulations in force on the subject.
The total or partial reproduction of this Web, or any of its contents, is expressly prohibited without the express written permission of RIR&Co.
It is also strictly forbidden the copy, reproduction, adaptation, modification, distribution, commercialization, public communication and/or any other action that involves an infringement of the current Spanish and/or international regulations on intellectual and/or industrial property, as well as the use of the contents of the Web if it is not with the prior express written authorization of RIR&Co.
RIR&Co informs that it does not grant any license or implicit authorization on the intellectual and/or industrial property rights or on any other right or property related, directly or indirectly, with the contents included in the Web.
The use of the contents of the web domain is only authorized for informative and service purposes, provided that the source is cited or referred to, and the user is solely responsible for the misuse of the same.

Customers and Users are fully responsible for their conduct, when accessing the information on the Web, while browsing the same, as well as after having accessed.
As a consequence of the foregoing, Customers and Users are solely responsible to RIR&Co and third parties for:
- The consequences that may arise from the use, for illicit purposes or effects or contrary to the present document, of any content of the Web, elaborated or not by RIR&Co, published or not under its name in an official way.
- The consequences that may arise from the use contrary to the content of this document and harmful to the interests or rights of third parties, or that in any way may damage, disable or impair the Web or its services or prevent the normal enjoyment by other Users.
RIR&Co reserves the right to update the contents when it deems appropriate, as well as to eliminate, limit or prevent access to them, temporarily or permanently, and to deny access to the Web to Customers and Users who misuse the contents and / or violate any of the conditions that appear in this document.
RIR&Co informs that it does not guarantee:
- That access to the Web and/or linked Websites is uninterrupted or error-free.
- That the content or software to which the Clients and Users access through the Web or the linking Webs does not contain any error, computer virus or other elements in the contents that can produce alterations in their system or in the electronic documents and files stored in their computer system or cause any other type of damage.

RESPONSIBILITY
RIR&Co assumes no liability whatsoever arising from, including but not limited to:
- For the use that Customers or Users may make of the materials of this Web or linked websites, whether prohibited or permitted, in violation of the intellectual and/or industrial property rights of the contents of the Web or of third parties.

RIR&Co will not be responsible in any case when they occur:
- Errors or delays in accessing the Website by the Customer when entering their data in the order form, the slowness or impossibility of receipt by the recipients of the order confirmation or any anomaly that may arise when these incidents are due to problems in the Internet network, acts of God or force majeure and any other unforeseeable contingency beyond the good faith of RIR&Co.
- Failures or incidents that may occur in communications, deletion or incomplete transmissions, so that there is no guarantee that the services of the Web site are constantly operational.
- Errors or damages caused to the website due to an inefficient and bad faith use of the service by the Customer.
- Non-operability or problems with the email address provided by the Customer to send the order confirmation.
In any case, RIR&Co is committed to solve the problems that may arise and to offer all the necessary support to the Customer to reach a quick and satisfactory solution to the incident.
Likewise, RIR&Co has the right to carry out, during defined time intervals, promotional campaigns to promote the registration of new members in its service. RIR&Co reserves the right to modify the conditions of application of the promotions, to extend them with due notice, or to proceed to the exclusion of any of the participants of the promotion in the event of detecting any anomaly, abuse or unethical behavior in the participation of the same.
PRIVACY POLICY
Customers and Users undertake to browse the website and use the content in good faith.
In compliance with the provisions of Law 15/1999, of Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that the completion of any form on the Web Site www.rirandco.com or sending an email to any of our mailboxes implies acceptance of this privacy policy, as well as authorization to RIR&Co to treat the personal data you provide, which will be incorporated into the file, owned by RIR&Co, registered in the General Register of the Spanish Agency for Data Protection.
Customer data will be used to send by email the sales made by RIR&Co and for the delivery of purchases.
By simply visiting the Web, Users do not provide any personal information nor are they obliged to provide it.
RIR&Co undertakes to keep the maximum reserve and confidentiality of the information provided to it and to use it only for the indicated purposes.
RIR&Co presumes that the data have been entered by the owner or by a person authorized by the owner, as well as that they are correct and accurate.
Customers are responsible for updating their own data. At any time, the Client will have the right to access, rectify, cancel and oppose all personal data included in the different registration forms. To modify or update your personal data, the Customer must access www.rirandco.com, in the "My Account" section. To cancel your account write an e-mail from your account e-mail to info@rirandco.com with the subject "Cancel account".
Therefore, the Client is responsible for the veracity of the data and RIR&Co will not be responsible for the inaccuracy of the Clients' personal data. In accordance with current legislation on data protection, RIR&Co has adopted the appropriate security levels for the data provided by Customers and has also installed all the means and measures at its disposal to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and extraction of the same.
NULLITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Use is declared invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect and shall be interpreted taking into account the will of the parties and the purpose of these Terms of Use.
RIR&Co may not exercise any of the rights and powers conferred in this document which will not imply in any case the waiver of the same unless express recognition by RIR&Co or prescription of the action that in each case corresponds.
MODIFICATION OF THE TERMS OF USE
RIR&Co reserves the right to modify, at any time, the presentation and configuration of the Website, as well as these General Conditions. Therefore, RIR&Co recommends the Customer to read them carefully each time he/she accesses the Website.
Customers and Users will always have these Terms of Use in a visible place, freely accessible for as many queries as they wish to make. In any case, the acceptance of the Conditions of Use will be a previous and indispensable step to the acquisition of any product available through the Web Site.
APPLICABLE LAW AND ARBITRATION
These Terms of Use are governed by the Spanish legislation applicable to the matter. To resolve any controversy or dispute arising from these Terms of Use, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Ourense, unless the law imposes another jurisdiction.
