These General Conditions of Use, Conditions of Sale, and Privacy Policy govern the use of the website www.rirandco.com (hereinafter "the Website"), owned by INÉS RODRÍGUEZ RODRÍGUEZ (hereinafter RIR&Co), holder of Tax Identification Number (CIF) 34.994.469-S, located at Avda. Emilia Pardo Bazán Nº 47, local H, 32600 Allariz – Ourense – Spain.

Through its website www.rirandco.com, RIR&Co provides information about its products and offers the possibility of purchasing them. Due to the content and purpose of the Website, individuals wishing to benefit from its services must hold the status of "Customer", which is acquired by completing the registration form and following the steps subsequently communicated by RIR&Co via email. Customer status implies adherence to the Conditions of Use in the version published at the time the Website is accessed.

In any case, there are pages on the Website accessible to natural or legal persons who do not end up registering or initiating a product purchase (hereinafter, "Users"). In this regard, Users accessing these parts of the Website agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in these General Conditions, to the extent that they may apply to them.

RIR&Co wishes to inform its Customers and Users that its services are aimed exclusively at an audience over 16 years of age, accepting and delivering orders in Spain and abroad (hereinafter, the "Territory").

PRODUCT INFORMATION

The descriptions of the products displayed on the Website are based on information provided by RIR&Co. However, the information provided for each product, as well as photographs or videos related to them, trade names, trademarks, or distinctive signs of any kind contained on RIR&Co's website, are displayed on www.rirandco.com for guidance purposes only.

PRICES

All product prices indicated on the website include VAT and any other applicable taxes. However, these prices do not include shipping costs, which are detailed separately and must be accepted by the Customer.

AVAILABILITY

RIR&Co informs the Customer that the number of available units is kept up to date with warehouse inventory. Under no circumstances will RIR&Co intentionally offer for sale more units than it has available.

RIR&Co will make every effort to satisfy all Customers in product demand. However, on occasion, due to causes beyond RIR&Co's control such as human error or IT system incidents, the quantity finally delivered may differ from the order placed.

In the event that a product is unavailable after an order has been placed, the Customer will be informed by email of the total or partial cancellation of the order. Partial cancellation of the order due to lack of availability does not entitle the Customer to cancel the entire order. If, following this cancellation, the customer wishes to return the delivered product, they must follow the instructions in the Return section.

PAYMENT

The Customer agrees to pay at the time of placing the order. Shipping fees will be added to the initial price listed on the Website for each product offered. In any case, these fees will be communicated to the Customer prior to finalizing the purchase.

The receipt or purchase voucher corresponding to the purchase order will be available and viewable at www.rirandco.com under the section "My Account", "Orders".

The Customer must pay the amount corresponding to their order via credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, and/or other similar cards), bank transfer, or direct deposit at a Banco Sabadell branch.

The Customer must notify RIR&Co of any unauthorized or fraudulent charges on the card used for purchases, via email or telephone, as quickly as possible so that RIR&Co can take appropriate action.

SECURITY

RIR&Co employs standard industry security measures. The payment process operates on a secure server using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. The secure server establishes a connection such that information is transmitted encrypted using 128-bit algorithms, ensuring it is only intelligible to the Customer's computer and the Website's server. Using the SSL protocol guarantees:

That the Customer is communicating with Banco Sabadell's payment gateway when making the payment, and not an imposter.
That data transmitted between the Customer and Banco Sabadell's data center is encrypted, preventing unauthorized reading or manipulation by third parties.

FORMALIZATION OF ORDERS

Once the order is finalized, That is, upon acceptance of the Conditions of Use and confirmation of the purchase process, RIR&Co will always send an email to the CUSTOMER confirming the details of the purchase made.

ORDER CANCELLATION

RIR&Co will accept order cancellations provided they are requested prior to shipment. To cancel an order, you must request it using the Contact form or by sending an email to info@rirandco.com.

TIMEFRAMES, DELIVERY LOCATION, AND LOSSES

SHIPPING CONDITIONS

Shipments will be handled by a courier service.

Provincial Rate (up to 25 kg) ————- 3 €

Per additional kilo 0.50 cts. Free shipping in Mainland Spain for orders over €60. Free shipping for other destinations on orders over €150.

The standard delivery timeframe is 10 business days from order confirmation.

Once the order leaves the warehouse, the customer will be notified by email.

To optimize delivery, Customers are requested to provide an address where the order can be delivered within standard business hours.

The Customer must check the condition of the package in the presence of the carrier, noting any anomalies in the packaging on the delivery slip. Within 24 hours of receipt, the Customer must verify that the item shows no damage or breakage; claims for this type of damage will not be entertained after this period.

I. Product delivery

RIR&Co undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the Customer in the order form, which must fall within the Territory. To optimize delivery, Customers are requested to provide an address where the order can be delivered within standard business hours.

RIR&Co shall not be held liable for delivery errors caused when the delivery address entered by the Customer in the order form is incorrect or incomplete.

RIR&Co informs the Customer that a single order may be divided into multiple deliveries.

II. Delivery timeframe

Shipments will be made via a courier company. Orders placed will be delivered within a timeframe of 10 business days from order confirmation.

These timeframes are averages and therefore estimates; they may vary due to logistical reasons or force majeure. In cases of delivery delays, RIR&Co will inform its customers as soon as it becomes aware of them.

Each delivery is considered completed once RIR&Co's transport company makes the product available to the Customer, as recorded through the control system used by the transport company.

In cases of delivery delays attributable to RIR&Co, the Customer may cancel their order following the procedure described in the "Returns" section. Delays will not be considered attributable to RIR&Co if the order was made available to the Customer by the transport company within the agreed timeframe but could not be delivered due to reasons attributable to the Customer.

Once the order leaves our warehouses, an email will be sent notifying you that your order has been accepted and shipped.

For security reasons, RIR&Co will not ship any orders to PO Boxes or military bases, nor will it accept orders where the recipient and their address cannot be identified.

III. Delivery data, unsuccessful deliveries, and loss

If the Customer is absent at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice explaining how to arrange a new delivery. As part of the courier delivery service, RIR&Co contracts tracking actions to ensure delivery takes place.

If after 7 business days following the dispatch for delivery no agreement has been reached, the Customer must contact RIR&Co. If the Customer fails to do so, after 10 business days from dispatch, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse, and the Customer shall bear the shipping and return costs, as well as any associated management expenses.

If delivery cannot be completed due to a lost package, our carrier will initiate an investigation. Response times for carrier investigations typically range from one to three weeks.

IV. Delivery diligence

The Customer must inspect the condition of the package before the carrier delivering on behalf of RIR&Co, noting any detected packaging anomalies on the delivery slip. If, upon inspecting the product, the Customer detects any damage, breakage, signs of opening, or transport damage, they agree to inform RIR&Co via email as soon as possible, and no later than 24 hours following delivery. Incidents of this nature will not be processed after that period.

RETURNS

All products purchased on www.rirandco.com may be returned and refunded, provided the Customer communicates their intention to return the product(s) within a maximum of 14 business days from the delivery date, and the product is in the same condition as delivered.

I. Return procedure

RIR&Co will only accept returns that meet the following requirements:

The product must be in the same condition as delivered, retaining its original packaging and labeling.
Shipment must be made using the original box received to protect the product. If the original box is unavailable, the Customer must return it in a protective box ensuring maximum security for arrival at RIR&Co’s warehouse.
A copy of the delivery slip must be included inside the package, highlighting the returned products and the reason for return.

To facilitate the return process and ensure accurate tracking, RIR&Co establishes its designated process as the sole return procedure. If the reason for return is attributable to RIR&Co (defective product, incorrect item sent, etc.), the return amount will be refunded. If the return is due to other reasons (items were correctly supplied but not to your liking), return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

To proceed with a return, follow these steps:

Notify within 14 calendar days of receipt that you wish to return the product. Notification can be sent via email to info@rirandco.com or through the customer service form.
RIR&Co will inform the customer of the address to which the product must be sent.
The customer must send the item via a courier company of their choice. Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
Inform RIR&Co of the courier used, date, and time of return dispatch.

II. Customer refund

Returned products will result in a refund equal to the cost of the returned items minus the return service cost.

Only when the delivered product is defective or incorrect will RIR&Co also refund the corresponding shipping costs to the Customer.

Partial returns and cancellations will result in partial refunds.

RIR&Co will process the refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase within 3 days of confirming arrival of the returned order at the warehouse. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in the Customer's account or card depends on the issuing bank, taking up to 7 days for debit cards and up to 30 days for credit cards.

INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

RIR&Co holds all rights to the content, design, and source code of this Website, including but not limited to photographs, images, texts, logos, designs, trademarks, trade names, and data included on the Web.

Customers and Users are advised that such rights are protected by current Spanish and international legislation concerning intellectual and industrial property.

Furthermore, the content of this Website is also considered a computer program, and consequently, all applicable Spanish and European Union regulations apply.
