Handmade artisanal cushions from the Cushions Morno collection

The Morno Cushions are a Handmade artisan cushion collection which are woven in our textile craft workshop, where they are woven Handbook on our loom, horizontally as was done in the past, using own techniques based on traditional Galician weaving techniques.

To make the wool loops we use the «Gorullo» technique», but lifting the loops by hand, one by one.

We mixed the wools as if it were a watercolour.

At the same time we go Mixing the wools as if it were a watercolour, so as to achieve the pictorial effects of water or clouds. In this way, we are preserving a traditional technique to develop it further in the future.

This artisanal cushion is hand-knitted with two natural fibres: merino wool and linen. Its structure is more elongated than a standard cushion, as this shape helps to support the lumbar and cervical areas. This allows you to relax and achieve better rest.

The Morno cushions are part of the Morno Collection, true to the brand's philosophy, is kind, subtle, and invites us to dream, so these balls, meaning that this first piece also appears to us as a sea of clouds, which are also formed by water, refer to the Liberty and tranquility which the brand wants to provide to its users and which represents the most dreamy part and the parenthesis of pleasure and warmth that as a brand it seeks for its customers.
