Handmade cushions of the Cushions Morno collection

The Morno Cushions are a collection of handmade artisan cushions that are woven in our textile craft workshop, where they are woven by hand on our loom, horizontally as it was done in the past, using our own techniques based on the traditional weaving techniques of Galicia.

To make the wool loops we use the "Gorullo" technique, but lifting the loops by hand, one by one.

We mix the wools as if it were a watercolor.

At the same time we are mixing the wool as if it were a watercolor, in order to achieve the pictorial effects of water or clouds. In this way we rescue a traditional technique to develop it in the future.

This handmade cushion is woven with two natural fibers such as merino wool and linen. Its structure is more elongated than a normal cushion, because thanks to this shape helps to rest the lumbar and cervical area. Getting relax and have a better rest.

The Morno cushions are part of the Morno collection, faithful to the philosophy of the brand, it is kind, subtle and wants to invite us to dream, so those balls, also mean that this first piece seems like a sea of clouds, which are also formed by water, refer to the freedom and tranquility that the brand wants to provide its users and represents the most dreamy part and the parenthesis of pleasure and warmth that as a brand seeks for its customers.
