These D-leite blankets are hand-woven on our loom with merino wool wrap and milk fibre weave. This fibre is organic, made by processing the milk protein, casein. This natural substance is extracted from milk that is not for human consumption, and mixed with natural waxes to make a soft and hypoallergenic fibre.
It is soft, antibacterial, and temperature regulating, which makes it very suitable for use by people with sensitive skin such as babies and children. Not recommended for people with lactose intolerance.
Natural colour of the fibres, no dyes or additives, recommended hand wash or delicate cold wash.
