Handmade cushions from the Cushions Morno collection

Morno Cushions is a collection of handmade cushions that are handwoven in our textile craft workshop on our loom, horizontally as it was done in the past, using ourown techniques based on the traditional weaving techniques of Galicia.

We use the ‘Gorullo’ technique to handmake the wool loop, one by one.

We mix the wool like watercolours

At the same time, we mix the wool like watercolours, in order to achieve the pictorial effects of water or clouds. In this way we bring back a traditional technique to develop it in the future.

This handmade cushion Is handwoven with natural fibres such as merino wool and linen. Its structure is more elongated than a normal cushion that allows to take care of such sensitive areas as the back, allowing you to relax and get a restful sleep.

Cushions Morno are from the Morno collection, loyal to the philosophy of the brand, it is kind, subtle and wants to invite us to dream. Those little balls make it look like a sea of clouds, which are also formed by water, and make reference to the freedom and peace that the brand wants to provide its users. It represents the dreamiest side, pleasure and warmth that the brand seeks for its customers.
